Sharp clarification of your situation, role and goals. First picture of your energy bill: where is energy lost, where are your strongest drivers - and where can you maximise your impact.

FirstMind leader profile & feedback
You complete a FirstMind test and we review your strength profile: strengths, energy sources, blindspots, motivational factors and normal behaviour under pressure. This will be your personal basis for deciding where you lead most strongly - and where you are typically challenged.

Concrete focus areas in your management
The insights are translated into a few sharp focus areas - e.g. decisions, meetings, collaboration, boundaries, communication. Here we connect your personal energy drivers directly to your everyday life and business goals. Typically organised in a course of 4-6 sessions.

Ongoing executive coaching
Regular sessions (online or in person) where we work with current cases, relationships and dilemmas from your everyday life. You get concrete tools and new approaches to test between each session. You follow my online OPEN NEXT LEVEL training, whenever it suits you. I am your coach, sparring partner and challenger - typically in programmes of 10 sessions or more.

Monthly check-in
For those who want to maintain level and momentum. A regular space to adjust focus, hold you accountable on your priorities and be challenged in your leadership upwards, sideways and downwards. I send material to sharpen reflection and next steps.

Your leadership or key team is engaged with individual and FirstMind team profiles and a common language for strengths, energy and blindspots. Typically a team session with individual sessions before - and follow-up team sessions that ensure behaviour and collaboration are truly elevated.
