With a background as Vice President at Bluegarden and Vice President at ATP, I have worked at the top strategic level and know what it takes to create results when the pace and responsibility are high.

As a former stress sufferer, I know how delicate the balance between performance and overload can be. It has given me a deep understanding of how energy, leadership and results are connected in reality.

With solid experience from finance, restructuring and strategy in SMEs, I have worked with everything from liquidity and growth to crisis management and financial recovery.
I've been in a financial crisis myself and experienced what it feels like when everything falls apart. My own bankruptcy and debt restructuring after the financial crisis gave me an insight that no book can teach - and which today makes my advice both realistic and actionable.
At CROPS, I act as the financial sparring partner that many managers miss: a CFO who understands the day-to-day, the numbers and the pressure - and who dares to have the necessary conversations.
I help organisations create calm, control and direction - so management can make decisions based on facts and regain momentum, even when the headwinds are strong.
